About the offer
The current challenges in the economy and the rapid progress of technological developments cause insecurities among executives and fears about the future among employees. We often have the impression that we have to ignore the human side at work and are not allowed to address mental challenges. But why don’t we allow ourselves to show our humanity in everyday work and to address it openly?
 
When leaders are empathetic with themselves, they can be authentic and vulnerable with their team members. This builds trust and genuine relationships in the work place. Further, it helps to create interactions that are characterized by empathy and compassion. As a result, absenteeism due to mental illness can be reduced, collaboration within the team improves, and employee satisfaction and retention rates increase.

  • 6 months leadership training (online): Leaders learn and experience the importance of mindfulness, mental fitness and human centricity for an emphatic leadership style and, as a result, a high-performing team. There are three foci during the training: the relationship with yourself, the relationship with others and your influence on the system (team and organization). The training comprises 12 bi-weekly sessions (each 1.5 - 2 hours) that provide theoretical input, latest scientific research, impulses, reflection tasks and practical exercises. Between the sessions there is the possibility of further application, exchange and reflection in a buddy program.
  • Number of participants: max. 12 people
  • 30-90 minute keynote (in person or online): The aim of the keynote is to recognize the importance of emphatic leadership for corporate success. It conveys the latest scientific research on the subject of empathy in the corporate context, for the leadership style as well as the influence on intra-, interpersonal and organizational levels. It becomes clear why innovative companies already rely on a human-centered corporate culture in which the psychological needs and desires of employees (connection, impact and autonomy) are taken into account. In the future, it will be important to specifically promote people skills that cannot be taken over by artificial intelligence and thus generate competitive advantages. We discuss the tailor-made adaptation to your requirements individually in a preparatory call.
